cursor keys should not effect the map while in save/loadmenu

If you use the load or save game menu while playing,
the cursor keys effect the menu as well as the map.
That is:
the cursor in the name of the saved game scrolls like it should
but the map scrolls too.
This feels weird and should be changed.

FYI this bug has been fixed and updated on CVS.
