customizable playing speed

Allowing player to choose their playing speed.
I guess this can't be done now because the game need" some time" to calcul everything needed, but later it could be a feature.
About Online gaming, there is 2 possible options,
* all games have to have the same speed,
* the creator choose the playing speed.
About changing the speed during the game, on individual game it could be usefull, on online game I guess it would be though to implement and maybe not that usefull.
