I don't know if this is possible, but it'd be cool to set a "Building Priority" on a building. Like if I want a building done pronto, instead of taking all of the workers off of my tens of other building, it would be cool to just up the priority of the building I want done..

this has been mentioned previously but no one has ever implemented it. Most people playing the game set their own priority by just keeping track of the globs assigned to work on a building.

I would like also to be able to change the priority for others jobs. It happened for me that there was not enough globs for collecting food. In those cases I would like to see all my globs collecting food instead of doing something else and getting more and more hungry.
