Can't open campaigns

Hi, Im new to the game, so maybe I just missed something, but...
I downloaded two campaigns, and had two different problems:
The first one (shipwreck): When I open the campaign, I see no maps...just to be sure, I also moved the maps to "maps", and tried to open them from there...the
maps appear on the list, but when I click them nothing happens (there's no picture of the map, and I can't play it)
The second one (The Great War): The first map appears in the campaign menu, but when I try to start playing, the game crashes...I tried moving the map to maps, same problem with map 1, the other maps just send me to the main menu...
I couldn't open them with the map editor either...
